Noob questions
Hello
Im very new to Daz and I have few questions regarding using the daz.
Im planing to make a Virtual novel game and I need models clothes animations etc.. Questions:
1- If I download Daz3d studio. It has generic models I believe (as I haven't used yet I'm not 100 percent sure) can I use them for free in any game I make? Do I need any licence?
2- I believe we can edit/change models look directly in Daz. So we can modify the character look in daz. If yes, why do we need to purchase different looking characters? Can we not just use/create new characters from default genesis models? Again do we need licence for that?
3- I downloaded/purchased few models. Now i saw there are 2 licence model. So I'm confused. In a visual novel i will be using rendered images and maybe videos for animation parts.. Do i need Standard License Agreement OR Interactive License? why?
4-as i don't know how to use the daz studio yet i wanna know if we can upload random models. Exmple: I can create a chair in blender. Can i import that to Daz? Or if i render an image as a background. Can i use that image as background in daz and use characters to render another image out of that combination?
5- Can i render just character? Like as png so transparent background and only the character itself?
I believe I'm done with questions. Sorry its a bit long but I'm trying to understand everything and daz looks very different than other programs so before i purchase anything or continue learning i need to learn if i need anything exrtra..
Thank you all for your time and answers.

1. You don't need an additional licesne if the game uses 2D images, tthe Interactive License is needed only where a game includes the content as 3D data.
2. The base content has limited morphing options, though you can create your own and there are soem freebie options. Skins are very difficult for most people to create.
3. See 1.
4. Yes, for use in Daz Studio you need a UV mapped item, usually in OBJ format. You can also use images as backdrops.
5. Yes - if you save as PNG or Tiff and have Draw Dome off in Render Settings then areas that don't have a model in them will be transparent/masked
Great news. I was slightly worried about interactive licences. I know Im going to use images but it was saying game so it confused me a bit. Great to know i can just purchase the models and use them.
I think other than learning how to use daz (which i already watched few things) i wanna know if you suggest any tutorials? video tutorials would be better to follow.
LAstly, is there a saving method for prefab. What i mean?
Exmple: I downloaded a geneiss 8 character. Then i made that character looked like surprised. Now i wanna use (it uses the same Murph in that case) that emotion in a completely different character,. Can i do that? or do i have to set the morph per character manually.
Hi new to DAZ here. Ive downloaded some things from renderosity and just wondered where do i install them in my DAZ folder to be able to use them please. When i click on My Daz 3D folder and open it it has DAZ studio then 3 sub folders: my daz connect library, my library and render library. many thanks :)
