hello i would like to wonder that when the character genesis 3 is in place, it rotates around its own axis, but if I suddenly give an animation or background, for example, it no longer rotates normally, as if you have a clever trick to the side, how to fix it? i'm brand new in this and sorry i use google translate i don't know english

It sounds as if the figure has been moved using its hip but you are rotating it with the figure node, so they are offset. Generally you want to make big movements using the figure node (select from tthe Sceen pane or double-click a bone) and only local adjustments (for things like keeping the feet on the floor or placement relative to another figure in a group) with the hip.
thank you for the advice: D but I don't quite understand it: D I'm still learning
Try selecting the bon named Hip, which you will need to do in the Scene pane's list - rotating that will be centred on the figure. If you double-click a bond in the Viewport, or cick the figure name in the Scene pane, the pivot point will be offset if the hip bone has been moved.
basically rotation and translation (by pivots or by sliders) are always relative to the bone(s) you select or to the full body. also when you rotate part of the body, let's say the full arm, you can't expect the hand to rotate the same way as when you have the default pose, because the rotation (and again the translation) will be relative to the new arm pose (so to rotation you made for the full arm)..
when in perspective mode, if you look at the pivots (the arrows and little arcs) you'll easily understand where translation will bring the selection and what rotation you'll apply
