2070 Super vs 2080ti

Has anyone reading this gone from a 2070 Super to a 2080ti? If so, what sort of iRay rendering speed improvements have you acheived?

Lately I have been rendering scenes with all emmisive lights, and the renderings are taking forever (30-40 minutes at 1920x1080). I'm wondering if the core count bump moving to a 2080ti would help much, aside from the extra 3GB of VRAM.

The current scenes I have been rendering include the set, 2-4 figures, plus props, and primarily emmisive lighting. IIRC, the quality setting was 5 and max samples. Today I was hitting nearly 100% on both the GPU and CPU, and using 16GB out of 64GB system RAM.

Not sure how to make this faster without redoing my lightng.

You whippersnappers thinking less than a hour render is slow. I remember many a times rendering a picture for days in........ Damn, I forget what it was called, but it is most well known for it's badass landscape type renders with bajillions of trees and plants.... Oh yeah, it was vue.

Hell, I took multiple days to render my last gallery posting:

    Jungle Peril

That damn dForce hair just would not converge. I pulled the plug when I finally decided the fireflies were at an acceptable level....and you probably can't even see them at this resolution anyway.
