The color image is a still image render. The monochrome image is from a video render of the same file. Not only has it lost color in the video, but there is distortion as well. In both cases, DS render settings were set at the default. I have made video renders of other files in DS with no problems.

I can't begin to imagine what's up with this. Help.

Looks like I had a failure in my scratch drive. It was giving memory errors and screwball results. Hardware failure was the last thing I thought of.
