M4 to G8 pose converter?

I really like the poses in the Renaissance Stealth Action Poses ( https://www.daz3d.com/renaissance-stealth-action-poses ) but I want to use them for G8.  Is there a M4 to G8 pose converter?  Or does anyone know if that pack has been updated?
