My suggestion to the company is to establish a way to earn points in the event that the customer buys
Better than a gift card
For example: every 1 dollar = you earn 10 points .

The buyer can collect points for purchase .

    I would like to see a loyalty program like that.  I'd been a customer at Renderosity for a year before I realized they had a program like that and ended up with a nice chunk of credit.   Prime customers get 7 points per dollar spent, while non-Prime customers get 5 points, with each point being worth a penny.

    The great thing about Rendos program is that you get points in other ways too, like uploaded images to the gallery. Sure there are point spammers but it encourages people like me who typically never upload to do so.

    There is a loyalty program of sorts. I get a banner with almost every DAZ new Character and very often with bundle type sales, buying products for a given sale etc. I've never seen specifics, but I get pretty hefty discount baners ver frequently.

    You just need to buy (lots of ?) products.

    I would much prefer 20-30% off a gift card price than a 5-7% loyality bonus. I have never seen Rendo gift cards sold at anything other than face value.

    I've always known about the Rendo rewards program. But I only found my loyalty points after (something like) 5 years of being a member ^^' 

    There was a nice build up of points. I just wish I had that amount of points now ^^'

    I'm lukewarm on the subject of reward points for DAZ Studio. If one gets implemented of course I'd take advantage of it. But I don't think I'd start spending more just to get more points. And DAZ sales are already a bit of a labyrinth, I don't think layering another system on top of is the best idea.

    Over at CGBytes the reward points expire after a while. I hate that system, I totally ignore it. I never accumulate enough for it to be worth anything, anyway.

    Well I didn't know about that until I read your post a minute ago. I've just looked at my Renderosity account to learn that a $10 gift card cost 1000 points and I have 8,351 points.

    Well I didn't know about that until I read your post a minute ago. I've just looked at my Renderosity account to learn that a $10 gift card cost 1000 points and I have 8,351 points.

    Note that the points don't expire, but the gift cards do after 1 month IIRC.  If you buy multiple cards, support will combine them into a single card if you ask them nicely.  That's handy, since you can only use one code per purchase.

    Yep. Gift card discounts are way better.

    I personally don't care for points. They expire, and are barely worth anything. Plus every 3d store does it.

    Rendo's points don't expire, or at least they have a long lifetime, mine are over a year old now I think
