I wanted to add an item of clothing to a figure.
I steup the figure and saved the scene.
I selected the item of clothing and using right mouse selected Merge into Scene.
I decided that that clothing item was not what I was looking for and wanted to undo the most recent action.
The Undo option only had Save the scene not the Merge into Scene as I expected.
Apart from reloading my saved scene is there any other way to undo the merge into scene action?

select the clothes in scene and delete them?
I tried to do that via the scene editor selection but when item is selected and pressing delete deletes all items in the scene.
Undo puts them back but I still have the clothing item so no help and have to reload the scene.
Make sure only the item(s) you want to delete are highlighted, and that nothing else is parented to an item you are going to delete
In the attached file screenshot I believe I have the item selected.
Would you please confirm that for me.
You have Genesis 8 male selected in the scene tab, so if you hit delete it will delete G8M and all items parented to it.
You do have the boxers selected in the Shaping pane, but that just determines which properties are showing for edit not which object is selected.
Ok. I see now where the delete problem came from. User error.
Shame the Undo does not Undo but using select item from scene and delete will do as a work round.
Thank you for the help.
It's called an "Error 50". The propblem is sitting 50 centimeters in front of the PC
Sorry for the bad joke...
