The mesh and textures are in the right folders for anyone to download ,right ?

I made a Bowl that I want to release for DAZ Studio.

I put the bowl mesh here ? C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library\RorrKonn\Meshes\XXT_BOWL_417_06

and the bowl textures a diffuse n normal map here ? C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library\RorrKonn\Textures\XXR_417_Bowl_Texture_03.png & XXR_417_BOWL_N.png

and now the mesh and textures are in the right folders for any one to down load for DAZ and every thing will unzip correctly ,right ?

I would suggest the item belongs in the Props folder, but really what you should do is search the web or forum for tutorials on packaging DAZ content for distribution.  Read a few of them to get the gist of it as not all of them address the same concerns.  It may also depend on the version of DAZ and where the textures came from (copyright).

Ya the web info is dated from 2020 to 2010 and I swear the webs info reads look at what they did and do that .The probleam is they have stuff every where.

    C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library\Props & C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library\Runtime\Geometries\props & C:\Users\RorrKonn\Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\

& I'm confused ,Not sure whats right or wrong but I'm starting to think stuff goes just where ever the vender puts it.

I own the copy rights to every thing I publish. So I never half to worry about that.

    Here’s what you should do:

    - Create a new runtime through the content directory manager under Daz3D content

    - Put the textures in a new folder in runtime/textures within that new runtime

    - Save the prop to a props/yourname folder as a figure/prop asset

    - Save morphs, if there are any, as a morph asset

    - Save the applied materials as a material preset

/RorrKonn/Meshes/ isn't a DAZ|Studio /data/ folder. And you haven't mentioned saving a Scene or Scene Subset file. Have you saved the object as a Prop Asset? That creates the file that people can click on in the Content Library pane, as well as the proper files in the /data/ folder.

... unless what you're doing is importing (not loading into scene) the mesh from your custom folder then applying materials manually every time, which is an extremely non-optimal way of doing things.
