Nvidia 3xxx/Ampere Series Graphics Cards and Iray

Heya

I'm wondering, has anyone heard any rumours about the Nvidia 3xxx/Ampere series cards?

They seem to have stepped past the 2xxx/Turing pretty quickly - https://wccftech.com/nvidia-geforce-rtx-20-turing-production-end-geforce-rtx-30-ampere-gaming-graphics-card-launch-close/ - and I've no doubt it will benefit gamers, but I'd be interested in thoughts on the impact on Iray hence Daz3D Studio.

    There are lots of rumours.

    The only thing worth doing is waiting until the rumours become official, or disappear into the crap that is a lot of the internet. cheeky

    The only thing you can be sure of about the new cards; they will be faster.

    No idea how much and how much more they will cost.
