    It will be in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\InstallManager\UserAccounts, you may need to have Hidden and System Folders visible to see it.

    Located the file in

    Library/Application support/Daz 3D/InstallManager/UserAccounts (MAC Folder Structure is different to Windows)

    And no it doesn't have anything after the = sign for the OverrideManifestDir

    I'm currently trying a different approach,

    I've uninstalled all the problem files using DIM, deleted the ManifestFiles from the ManifestFiles folder and re-downloaded everything and re-installed them.

    So far so good, it looks like that some of the original ManifestFiles may have got damaged some how.

    Will report back in a day or so and let you know if problem comes back or not

    Looks like uninstalling the problematic files and deleting their ManifestFiles, then re-downloading and installing them has done the trick.

    Thanks to all that have added their suggestions and help.
