What is the Name of This Product?

I know I saw a product here some time back that allowed you measure/choose the dimensions of your characters (height, etc.). I looked through all the utilities in the store (I'm assuming this would be under utilities), but can't find it. Did this product stop being distributed here or am I hallucinating that I saw it here? I can't remember what it was called to search for it.
