Purple banner no longer working?

Anyone else get the Staff Picks Discount banner that offers an additional percentage off of the new bundle since you own almost all of them? Mine put the price of the bundle to a price point I figured I would probably go with, and now that is back to being what I assume is the normal price considering I have a couple of other items for that sale in the cart...making the two items I don't already own kinda expensive, lol. 

These sales really can get frustrating sometimes.
