LAMH Catalyzer Not Showing Up

I have installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled this plugin but to no avail. It just won't show up in the installed plugins menu. I have checked in DIM and all files are installed in the correct place:

DAZ Studio 4.5, 4.x Public Build, 4.x Private Build :

Anyone know why it won't show up so I can register it? Thank you for any help.

Is, or was, Studio running at the time? Plugins with .dll's are best installed with Studio shut down. Does it show up if you restart Studio after installing Catalyzer?
