How to Trans?

Hi, I grabbed in the Past the Pride Bundle, I got now the Gender Skin Transfer thing and the Trans Shapes but...

I have no real idea HOW I use all those new toys :D

Btw. is there also a option to use the Gens from the genders on the others? Like a female gen on a Male char? And vice versa?

I know the trans shapes offers for the boys a bulge morph, but I like to have the stuff  (virtual) "real there", most times also when I not even use it in a full nude scene, just for correctness :D

So, how would I make a G8M into a female and vice versa (I assume when I know the one, then I know the other), can someone explain me the steps?

And what exact do I do with the trans shapes, I am so noob (still) ;<
