Any tips on the Spandex Shaders?

I got this product and can't wait to use it but I'm running into some problems. I don't speak the language on the promo page :P I don't know what I'm supposed to adjust and by how much. Attached is a sample render. The rendered portion looks more like knitted cloth than spandex to me. The effect I'm hoping for is how it appears unrendered. I attached some pictures of the options in the materials files too. Can anyone translate what I'm looking at into a language a newbie can understand? Because I am new to this sort of texture mapping. If that's what its called :P

Thanks for any help!

You need to increase the "tiling".  The higher that  number, the more of the pattern tiles will be in a given area, and the smaller the pattern will be.  Try 10x to 12x, and you should see something more like this promo image.
