How can I get the "growing up plugin" for Genesis 8?

It's mentioned in the Headshop tutorial

It's not a plug-in. It's a set of morphs and presets.

Thank you for your comments.  The link was just what I needed.

I quickly discovered that not every texture set will go with a Growing Up morph setting. Unless hairy-chested teenagers with week-old stubble is the look you're trying for...  

There are a good selection of teen and younger characters in the store, though, you can easily mix one of those textures with a Growing Up morph.
