4.6 Hot keys not working?

All of a sudden my ctrl+r hotkey to render isn't working as well as ctrl+z for undo. Is this a known issue with a fix or should I just reinstall and hope for the best? Thanks.

BTW I'm on the latest 4.6.3 release.

    If you use the F3 hotkey, does it bring up the Customize menu?

    If not, go to Window > Workspace > Customize, and look for 'Render' in the left column. It should have Ctrl+R as the default hotkey for rendering? If that is how it appears, then, are you running DS as Admin?

    Sorry for the delay, I'm in China so the time difference is an issue. I press F3 and nothing happens, I go to the customize menu and there is nothing about hotkeys that I see in it. Also I am running as admin. Thanks again.

    So I reinstalled and I still had the problem. I don't know if the Content Manager has something to do with it. So I went back into the customize menu and right clicked on render and reset it to default which added the hotkey. I'm still not sure why or how it got removed in the first place but i guess for now I'll just have to manually redo them all >.<</p>

    Try this Utility Script first...
    It comes in the Script folder.

    Hot keys are saved in the actions.dsx file in the application settings folder - that won't be removed by an uninstall and reinstall. The best way to reset the defaults is to go to Window>Workspace>Select Layout and select one of the default layouts.

    OK so I just changed the workspace and that fixed it. No idea what broke it but I may have pulled a freakazoid on my keyboard at some point. Thanks for the help :)
