Moving camera view via the arrow keys?

Hi, I am working on a sceen with alot of assets. I have created a camera and Im viewing the scence through the camera. I would like to move the camera by a hair but when I select the pan cursor or try to move the cube it shoots all over the place. Is there a keyboard shortcut that I can use to move the camera by a hair evey time i click  the arrow keys? Ive selected the camera in the scene selector panel, and I've tried arrow keys, Alt arrow keys, shift arrow keys and alt arrow keys. Any ideas?

You can change the sensitivity in the Tool Settings panel when the Scene Navigator tool is selected. Change the number between the - and + signs under Move Controls.
