Please put the Viewport in Smmoth Sahded mode (ctrl 7) before taking a screen shot of a nude figure.
If you want the new model to be a morph you need to export the original figure to Blender without any add-ons (such as the eyelashes) and at Base resolution (Parameters pane>Mesh Resolution). Make the changes in Blender without adding or removing parts, and without applying SubD, and then export as OBJ making sure you choose the options to preserve vertex order. You can then use Edit>Figure>Morph Loader Pro to import the shape as a morph, after which I think you would need to adjust the rigging to match the new shape.
Never mind, got my answer here
HD morphs creation is only possible for PAs. I don't know the proprietary software needed since I'm not a PA but I guess you can use any sculpting software, including blender. If you're not a PA what you can do is to create a HD geograft instead, or to export a HD displacement map.
If you mean if the diffeomorphic plugin can export rigged models back to blender then no. As for HD diffeomorphic can import static HD meshes that you can then render, or get into a multires modifier, or bake to a dispacement map.
Thank you! I appreciate your response! I currently do use Geografts, and Normals, and displacement, but I'm just constantly looking for a solution to abandon my workarounds lol.
i appreciate it!!
