Is their a plugin to control prop and character placement

Is there any plugin or am I missing something.  Is there a way to  log a figure exactly where you want it vs having to move it all around?  Could I just point and click where I want the character in the scene?  Any ideas?

I keep forgetting which key it is, I think it's Alt, hold it down while dragging the icon to the viewport and a target will appear so you can move it around to the right place.

  • Its like that?I'll check it out!  Cool

  • That alt trick worked.  Thanks so much

Once objects/figures are in the scene, you can also use the Align pane to position them. It's extremely useful for lining things up, stacking them, etc.

Edit - Alt is your friend. Es. ALT+left-click on any parameter will zero it (or return it to whatever the default is). Same thing with Surface values. For some reason, a lot of people don't know that one.
