Losing PowerPose files (and restoring them)

No idea how I did it, but somehow I've lost the G3 Male files (DSX, PNG, and XML) for PowerPose.  I don't know what others might have absconded along with them, but what I want to know is how to get them back.  What do I need to re-install?

If I recall correctly, everytime we update D/S things like custom powerpose files go awol.

Shouldn't go AWOL, if they have unique names.

I think there were a few "ifs" for the equation. However "if" I ever try again I shall keep this in mind.
