What is this Called and Can it be Changed?

You know when you have a figure and you add a height morph and the figure's feet remain planted while it grows or shrinks? What is the foot origin called that the morph grows from and is there a way to change it to the head or pelvis? For example, Instead of the figure growing and the feet remaining stationary while everything else moves, the head remains stationary while the feet shrink up or down as you move the height morph slider.

It's the figure's centre point, you can edit it with the Joint Editor tool
