Hello;

 

I purchased this product

hoping to achieve the same results as on the product page promos...but as you can see its not working out for me. I dont know if its the lights or something else. I select Victoria 8 and i applied all the different settings one by one but the only thing that changes is that her skin texture turns pale...but i dont see none of the enhanced details on her skin like in the promos.

I havent got a clue as to why this might be...what am i missing?...

    From what I can see of the product it merely lightens the texture so if that texture doesn't have details then there won't be any.

    Did you find a way to turn on the "Ultra Normal" and / or "Bump High" options?

    I don't have the product but increasing the Normal and / or Bump maps should lead to more of a raised look to a surface.
