I upgraded to the latest Daz version and now I can't find Victoria or Michael 4.2. Where did they go? If anyone has an idea let me know.

Thank you,

Mark

Did you look at Poser Formats -> Figures -> Daz People instead of Daz Studio Formats -> My Library?

You need to scroll to the left to see Poser formats under Daz Studio Formats. I don't believe that Daz has created a script in Daz Studio format. Therefore, you won't see Victoria 4 in the folder that you highlighted.

Edit: most of the figures, hair, materials and poses for Generation 4 figures and older will be under the Poser on the left hand side. Only a few of the older figures, materials, textures show up in the folder called Daz Studio Formats. Most vehicles and sets/objects will be under that folder too. Most objects made after Daz Studo 4 came out should be under Daz Studio formats.

Edit 2: let me show you a screenshot. Let us know if you still cannot find Victoria 4. You may need to add the path to your older generation figures to the content manager.

Go to the edit menu then click preferences. Then click content library tab on the top. Then click "Content Directory Manager..." near the bottom under Directory Management.

Click "Poser formats" in the right pane, then click "add". The select your runtime folder.

V4 is a Poser type figure and only loads form the Content Library Tab at this Time. Just as shown above.

How and where did you install V4? Are you using your previous content folder and directing DS4 to look at it?

OK everyone, I found V4.2 following the guidance using Poser but look what I get when I click on Victoria 4.2. All my other choices are there but it looks like the file is missing?

She-Freak 4 doesn't have the metadata needed to display the morphs individually in the Powerloader window and label them as SheFreak4, but the morphs still work if you tick that box.

Thanks Fixmypcmike but it still won't load Victoria 4.2. The other morph options appear as a selection option but why won't Victoria 4.2 just load when I click on her?

    Thanks in advance!

What happens after you make your choices on the powerloader window?

Post #5 show the top of the screen that includes the morph options, etc. It has that one box that says no meta data found on ps_pe085. Would that be an issue?

OK, I think I got it. I feel stupid because I think I just needed to select the boxes and hit accept. I never had to do that before and I guess with the new DAZ it needed me to do that to load everything up. So, thanks for all your help everyone. I'm still sort of new to all this so thanks for all your patience.

    :)
