I want to make you an offer you can refuse

So as you guys know, I am working on a webcomic called Bazooka girl. I am aware it will most likely be terrible, but I'm having SO MUCH FUN using daz. Before I was doing 2D art, and that's a lot of fun too, but man now that I'm using Daz I can't stop, it's like a drug now. So here's the issue. I am TERRIBLE at creating models, and Bazooka girl uses a very unique bazooka that fires unique rounds. I can do it, but they ALWAY come out terrible, screw up trying to move it over to Daz, and ultimately, I lack so much talent in the 3D modeling department, I screw up making the tiny important details. I was wondering if I can commission someone here to create said Bazooka for me if I were to offer concept artwork of the Bazooka in question?

I can pay, essentially, anything you request, but I was just wondering if it was possible if I can recruit some talent to help me with this. Thanks for your interest!

It would also be preferable if you can include some posing for Genesis 8 female similar to this package: https://www.daz3d.com/earkham-s-zworld-makeshift-flamethrower

Have you got a 2D picture / sketch / description so we know how much work it'd be to model it? (posing I'm less good at but I can try, time permitting).

I once posted a message similar to yours and got a few bites but nothing actually transpired. Then I messaged 3D Universe and hired him for my project. I was so happy with the results I added extra clothing assets to the project and he delivered exactly what I wanted. He sends you wip updates and keeps you in the loop. He is expensive (I found his prices quite fair) and worth every dollar invested. I hired him to create a 3d replica of a character that I already had published in a book. If I needed a character created from scratch, props or anything custom I'd rehire him in a heartbeat.

Ah, I see. I am in the same situation. Perhaps I should look into that. I simply need a few props, not necessarilly characters.

No problem, I was thinking I had time this week to work on something like that, but I remembered there is a project I need to finish this week and I didn't think it would be fair to you if I was working on your thing and the other project simultaneously. I hate when there is a project that goes forward in spurts and this other one is like that, which puts workflow and deadlines all up in the air... it makes scheduling impossible... so sorry if you read my post before I retracted it.

The OP is looking for something much more specific and highly stylized than that.
