I'm not sure who she is, but I don't think that's Zsazsa.
It's definitely not Zsazsa. It's a custom character Goldtassel uses for a lot of promos that uses the skin from Osuine at Renderosity, who's based on one of Doctor Who's companions. There's a thread or two where people have put together characters that mimic the morph.

Maybe with a slightly tweaked morph here and there, but the skin definitely is.

What is it about this girl that sparks so much interest? Is she exceptionally pretty? Does everybody know some real life girl who looks just like her?
She's pretty but not more than so many other characters IMO, so I don't understand the huge interest either.
+1 I always thought she was pretty but, to me, no more or less than a quite a few other really pretty and nicely done characters in the store. I'm not quite sure I understand why the unusual amount of interest in her. Unless it's the fact that she's both pretty AND gets a LOT of exposure since Goldtassel had been using her as a promo girl for quite a while*.
*Edit - It's pointed out that Goldtassel probably doesn't to the promo images for the PC+ hair. I don't know if that's true or not, but the fact still stands that it's a character that gets a lot of exposure, regardless of who's doing the promo images.
Could it be she resembles someone from a popular show or game?
I think it's because she has a fresh, open, characterful, girl next door type of look. Not filmstar looks, but she's similar in prettiness to the prettiest ITF person most people see in their real lives.

Promo art for that product wasn't done by Goldtassel - PC+ product promos are done by in house artists, and I believe this is a Joe Le Gecko art piece. She's a custom morph created by him and not for sale. His V4, Genesis 2 and Genesis 3 girls have always had people asking which character it is - they really grab us!

As Gordig said above, the original Osuine character is based on Jenna Coleman (Clara) from Doctor Who.
At least based on what I've seen in the forums, some people are bent on recreating promo images that last piece they need is that particular girl herself.
Yeah, it's become a bit of pet peeve of mine when others call this character "The Goldtassel Girl". She's in other PC+ products that aren't even by goldtassel.

I like that Osiune skin and the freebie fantasy extras. A lot of what makes the character is the skin used.
she reminds me strongly of a former work colleague of mine, and yes she was attractive in personality as well as looks, in a very wholesome way, everyone liked her, other than that I too am befuddled by the interest.
Stephanie 6 is actually still my favourite face
There is another thread somewhere on here with a discussion about how certain shots make her look like the actress Felicity Jones. There was at least one person working on a morph of her in there. I agree that there is a resemblance but it isn't a perfect one.
