Have tried all from delete cache to reinstalling...

just can't sign [the Licensing Agreement]it????

    Have you tried going directly to the page, while logged in to the site, rather than using the link from Install manager/Daz Central https://www.daz3d.com/eula ? That works for soem who are having issues.
