I want her feet to be on the floor realistically and naturally, i've tried bending and rotating but it doesn't seem to help. Any ideas on what i can do? Anything i can buy to make this 1000x easier?

Select the figure and in the Parameters Tab lower it using the Y Translate slider using a negative number. You can type in a number too until you get it just right. If it stays just above the floor after doing that then change the Ground Position Mode in the Environment Tab to Manual instead of Auto..
I would also suggest you translate the hip and not the figure.
If that is literally the floor, cmd(Mac)/ctrl(Wiin) D will drop the figure so its lowest point is at Y = 0.
Sometimes I move the view below the floor (assuming it has zero thickness) and lower the figure until I see the first glimpse of feet.
you can add a smoothing modifier to her and set the stair as the collision item too then her foot will deform on contact
Edit > Object > move to floor ;-)
That's how I do it as well. Looking from above ground is sometimes misleading. You think that the foot (or any other body part or object) touches the floor but in fact it doesn't and it shows in render. I find it also practical when several body parts must touch the floor and you need to balance the body so that they'll be level. I move the body (or change the position of the limbs, etc...)while looking from below the floor, until all parts are just emerging equally.
