Click the button? Coversion to PC+....?

I had some issues with PC+ and a rep helped fix it. I only noticed when I went to buy something my PC+ status had dropped (it shouldn't have it doesn't expire for a while). When I went to my account I saw the convert account button.

When I clicked it I got the second more serious seeming pop up.

I'd like to make my purchase today before the sale price ends (??) and submitting a ticket now means I might not get a response in time. I've never seen the button before so for you long timers on here () should I just click it? Thanks!

Thanks, no worries. I was hoping someone had. Thinking I should click it sooner rather than later and hope Daz reps are still around should I fork my account

When PC+ was first established that button was used to convert your old PC membership to the new PC+ membership. It shouldn't be there these days and I'm not sure what would happen if you click on it now. It probably would be better to have customer service correct the problem.

I think this button is a leftover from a few years back when Daz3d went from the Platinum Club to Platinum Club +.  Due to changes between the two and a large outcry from the members, they allowed people to stay with the Platinum Club for awhile or upgrade to the Platinum Club +.  Once you upgraded to PC+, you couldn't go back to the PC.

Ahhh- thanks I had a  feeling some Daz long-timers might have a clue as to what it was. Unfortunately clicking it did nothing hopefully the sale prices will still be valid tomorrow or whenever a rep can help
