Custom support – do you still exist?

I submitted 2 custom support tickets to Daz Studio. Weeks and months ago. Still not a word from them.
The support tickets themselves are a pain to fill out. Sometimes you just want to ask a simle question that doesn´t require all that information you ask from me.
All the more tiresome when Daz then doesn´t bother to get back to me.
I like Daz Studio a lot - when it actually works the way it´s supposed to. The latest version really doesn´t when it comes to animating.

Yes, Daz still has customer support.
You can check your support tickets by going to help center: https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
Use the "sign-in" button, then click on your name, and you should see a menu with a "my activities" option, then you'll see the list of your help requests.
