Ron's Circle Flares Question

I really love this product, so I purchased it today.

It installs via Install Manager, but I don't see it in the Smart Content pane.

Are these simply brushes to be used in Photoshop? Or can they be applied before rendering in DAZ Studio?

Most of Ron's products are brushes for photoshop so I expect this one is as well.

Edit: closer look indicates they are transparent .png graphics so I suppose they could be applied to a plane and used in Studio. At the very least they can be added in postwork in most image editors with a layer function

These are PNG files, not brushes.  Have to use a program that can open then, I use Elements 14 and layers

Ok. Thanks, Some of the Ron's products that I purchased in the past have been brushes.

I will use these in Elements to add special effects to the postwork in a separate layer. Sounds good!

Yes, these are meant to be used as overlays in photoshop.
