REALLY....my cart glitches on a GIFT CARD of all things....

This should be interesting. When I hit submitt, DAZ doubled ordered on a gift card of all things. Yeah, not refundable but then again I didn't order it...the cart did. If I don't get a refund on the second gift card the cart ordered by itself, do you think my husband will really buy that the cart did it? What's even better is Mr. Shopping cart mailed me an invoice showing I paid full price minus the 30% discount coupon for the second card and sent no redemption code.  I did snapshot my invoices and include those in my zen desk request so hopefully sales will see based on the lightning fast cart order time that it was indeed a glitch and have mercy on my credit card.

    Did you by any change payed with paypal? That usually gives two emails with gift cards, but only one works. And is only one order. Cart empty after a succesful pay, so double order is rare.

    No, credit card...so i'll either get it charged back or a redemption code. I'm sure they resolve either one way or the other. Just frustrated with Mr. Shopping cart glitching on a gjft card. It's happened before on orders just never something that's listed as non refundable. 

    Edit: It's just if it's redemption code vs charge back then I got to explain twice the amount than I intended to husband...plus usually buy those when discounted not full price.

    If you still don't have the valid code, and you didn't redeem it in error (check your credit balance) then open a support ticket.

    Thanks support handled it today. I had snapshots of everything which I supplied with my ticket.
