Finding a bra and top that fits an unnaturally buxom Genesis 8 female character

The title says it all, that particular character has Barbie doll-like proportions, bikinis fit properly (go figure), bras and more conservative tops don't...Maybe d-force bras and tops would fit better (if there is such a thing?)

Most tops and bras will fit a barbie type character. They'll fit even more extreme characters. You just have to adjust the fitting morphs.

Maybe I have bad eyes, but most fitting morphs seem to make the already top-heavy characters top-heavier!

You can give dForce a try. If the garment accepts dForce it will probably look good on a top. With bra's I have my doubts, since bra's are supposed to be rigid and structured, not stretchy and drapey.

Use the timeline for your dForce simulation. Dial the breasts out at the beginning of the timeline, dial them in at the end; so the breasts "grow" from flat to busty during the simulation. Set Stretch Stiffness of the garment to a low value to give the garment enough elasticity to deal with the growing breasts.

It can look pretty weird in the UI. But the renders usually look fine. But the further you go from the originally design the more "stretched" it will look, but the same goes for the G8 figure.

Sometimes you'll find that extreme morphs of the figure don't always project accurately on to fitted-to clothes. Have you tried adding a Smoothing Modifier (Options menu in the Scene pane) to the clothes objects? It might need a bit of fiddling with the default settings, and it doesn't always work perfectly, but in most cases it's capable of covering (literally) a multitude of... erm... multitudes.
