    I believe that crown is photoshopped in. I could be wrong, and I'd like to be wrong because that would be a lovely crown. But looking at the top right of her hair where it intersects the flower, it looks blurred. You can see some strands of her hair extending just slightly over the flower, which could be from a blending effect. It is possible there is a different reason for that, like maybe the flower and hair were not positioned perfectly and they photoshopped that spot to hide it.
