I opened a ticket with DAZ weeks ago, and haven't heard back. Perhaps someone here can help.
I purchased i3d Valery's iv casual posses and when I go to use any of the poses I get an error, "An error occured while reading the file, see log files for more details."
Here's what the log file says:
2020-08-05 13:07:53.798 B:/poseruser/documents/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Daz Connect Library/data/cloud/1_66663/people/genesis 8 female/poses/i3d valery/iv casual poses/ivcp 01 full body/ivcp 22 m.duf (1,1): Syntax error - expected '{' or '['
2020-08-05 13:07:53.798 Error reading file, see log for more details.
In Smart Content, the icons all show the frame with the triangle-!. In Content Library, the icons appear as they should, however, trying to apply them I get the same error, and the log file says:
2020-08-05 13:11:53.038 B:/poseruser/documents/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Daz Connect Library/data/cloud/1_66663/people/genesis 8 female/poses/i3d valery/iv casual poses/ivcp 01 full body/ivcp 22.duf (1,1): Syntax error - expected '{' or '['

Here's what I've tried with no results:
- deleted the product and directory from the Smart library as well as manually deleting the folder in Windows.
- updated meta data
- uninstalled, re-installed
- deleted the product directory from my content library, manually re-installed
Any other suggestions?

I download the DIM installer, open the archive. Drill down to the Content folder and copy all of the folders to the product's cloud folder. 1_66663 in this instance.
If DS was open at the time of the file overwrite, exit DS and restart. Although it's a PITA, it's faster than reporting the issue and waiting for CS to resolve the issue, and it fixes this issue everytime.
That fixed it.
Thank you!
