How to pose visemes?

I am trying to see if I can add more color to my expressions but where are the "p" or "b"?

    a lot of visemes and phonemes are indisdinguishable 

    just google lipreading

    they need context to guess what word the person is saying

    every program I use that has lipsync shares quite a few

    I just had to deal with this to simulate singing for three G3 females, and I believe I used an "m" viseme for a "b" and it seemed to work. It was in an animated three-shot, so wasn't an extreme close-up on any of them.
