Add ability to copy Pose dials when copy/pasting Keymate or Timeline Keyframes.

Add ability to copy Pose dials when copy/pasting Keymate Keyframes. The Dial poses I'm talking about are the ones under a characters Parameters >Pose Controls. Although I the same problem occurs with Shape Morph dials which I would like to use as well but not as often.

As an example if I have Bowing animation using the Waist bend Pose dial. I create a keyframe and set the pose dial to 0 at frame 1. I create a keyframe and set pose dial to 50% at frame 15. Then when I copy keyframe 1 and paste it to keyframe 30, the pose dial doesn't paste the dial pose, It just stays at what it was at frame 15.

Another problem with Pose dials or any keyframed dial is they don't show up on the timeline or Keymate timeline at all. So if I want to delete it I have to go to the dial and hit reset which resets the dial across the entire timeline instead of that one frame. Dial pose keyframes do show up in Graphmate if I have a specific property selected but if I wanted to select multiple keyframe properties I won't be able to do so, I would have to go one property at a time.

The only way around this is to save the entire pose as a preset in frame 1 and apply it at frame 30.

Maybe it is possible to do this but I have no idea how and documentation is not easy to find.

Is there something similar in Keymate Tab or is the filer only in timeline?

  • Both Keymate and the improved Timeline have a button at the bottom for fitlering which keys show - TRSV etc.
