texture map can not reflesh in ds 4.6?

Hi before I had no trouble to modify texture map and re-apply it.
Usually I export texture then modify it and save another name .
and apply new texture on shader property (eg diffuse etc)
then,, today, I hoped to make texture of Aiko6 make-up option , with A6 default skin sets.
(there is not so many option , I hope more option ><; <br />
to make up it can much with default A6 skin)
then,, modify diffuse texture of face with mask in gimp, add some color,,
after that export it another name, under runtime/texture/ new directory,
then save it as NewAiko6FaceMakeUp ,, keep open daz studio when I working,,
it worked as I planed. when I change diffuse map, from product skin to my modifed skin texture,
Actor make-up changed too.
But I felt some problem about my modify,,(it is usually,, everytime I find problem after modify texture ^^;)
then again modify same texture in gimp, and re-export and overwrite NewAiko6FaceMakeUp.
I re-load the new exported diffuse texture. In daz studio, diffuse map .
I check it in image editor, (to check gamma)
my new modify texture are shown clear,,
but,, how I check" Reflesh image" or "Auto Reflesh image" etc,, there seems no change, in 3D view,
and in actuall render pic too,,,, my Actor keep old modifed texture still @@;
If I modify texture as same name,, DS can not re-load same texture correctly?
If I need to save scene , and re-load , or May I need shut down DS and re-start it?

Watch the icon in front of the parameter that you are using to load the texture map. If it goes from an icon to the DAZ logo, that means it stopped working. save/exit/restart, and it should start working again.

then the icon whiich you adviced, is in surface tab "diffuse color map" icon of current shader?
as you can see, in my pic, it is not daz icon, what I loaded I believe.
then when I hover mouse on the icon, I can clear see my modified image map.
only 3d view and render image can not change.
I load again new exproted texture(by clicking the icon, then select the exported image (overwritten).
but it can not work.(actually it seems to be loaded already) about 3d view and render image.
And even though I select none,and re-load new modifed texture, it seems not work
about current modified and exported image.
I think the shader seems load temp saved image again. not modified and overwritten image.
I re-apply subsurface base shader, but it not work about my case.
Ok, you are seeing something different than what I was talking about then, sorry.
Are you using the Refresh option from the Surfaces Tab? I think it now defaults to OFF in DAZ Studio and the user must decide if it will be On or auto-refresh now. Check the options in the Surfaces Tab mini Options menu Kit.
Hi, thank you jaderlail. yes I used reflesh option
and "reflesh image" ,, auto-reflesh set off and on.
Usually I do not need to set auto-reflesh (manually do ^^;),
then I tested with both (on, off) but it seems not work about my case.
I do not use default location for temp directory,, so that if it cause problem,, I do not know.
But do not mind,, I know it is not so serious problem,, when I export texture another name (not overwrite it)
from gimp, then load it, it work without prolbem. and as Sean Riesch adviced me,
If I save scene, then shut-down and open ds, it wrok (if it could not work I shout more,, ^^;)
But I usualy keep open, ds and gimp , then modify export (overwite) from gimp again and again.
so that hope to just overwrite saved texture ,then check it in ds.,,
just in case,, I have sent bug report already,, w:)
Hmmm... if it points to the folder your using it should refresh even with the same file name. Thanks for sending in the ticket.
