The Figure Metrics does strange things instead of changing waist size

Hello, can you please help me.

I need to create female with exact parameters in centimeters.

I bought plugin and start with waist parameter, but you can see that i got.

 

I did following:

1. Add figure

2. Open measure metrics with Parent option

3. Select Measure Genesis 2 Female

4. Set waist property to value PBMWaistCircumference from Actor - Waist

5.S witch to measurements

6. Check checkbox for waist

7. Set 90 and click Accept.

 

What am I doing wrong?
