@RBPahl41 - never seen this error so I cannot help. What do you mean with the Create folder? Can you tell what exactly you want to do?

To clarify my problemo... I am attempting to load .obj files from Daz Studio 4.6.0 (Mac OS10.9.3) thru a LAN to my computer with OS 10.411. I have done this successfully for a few years now. When I import the object (In this case people), successfully and then attempt to save it to the obj files for retrieval later, i will get an error msg "error -40" and the obj will stop loading.

I have brought the DS files (import and export as .obj files) "Through" Poser 7 on my old mini mac. This will make loading into Bryce much faster, but I'll still get error -40 if I try to save them to my obj folder(s).

BTW, some DS hair styles are much too big to load into Bryce at all. (My Bryce mini mac has 1 Gig RAM, 32 GIG HD) OS10.411.)

File system error -40 is "Tried to position to before start of file (r/w)", sounds like a disk that is not 100% healthy.
