issues with Grace Gen8

so i brought Grace for Gen8 while its on sale its a great looking character, however, i had an issue when i installed it i cant show screenshots because i uninstalled her, but when i did install her my other genesis 8 textures and morphs messed up has anyone else had this or a similar issue?

I'd raise a ticket include screen shots if you can.
I have an issue with her too, I can no longer search for poses by genesis 8 it only says grace at the top now, I uninstalled her but still have the issue
Manually uninstall her all documents files as well that's what I had to do
I thought I uninstalled everything, but I will check again, thank you
Oh also reinstall the genesis 8 basics
Has this problem been fixed yet, because I've been holding off buying her until I heard it had, but nobody has updated the thread, not even a response from the creator.
iv still got hear installed on my old pc and iv not seen any updates or the issues been fixed :s
but i hope he/she fixes her the model is great looking
It can be useful to look at where everything is/should be by looking at the zip and following them; this is just incase the uninstall leaves something behind.

sorry I spoke to soon still doing it but what's worse now when I uninstall it all the issues still there
i try open genesis 8 basic and this happens
after uninstalling all of grace reinstall genesis 8 basics that fixed it for me BUT please can the creator fix this :(
You would need to put in a CS ticket to bring the matter to the attention of the company. Some PAs read through the forums, not all.
did anybody contact the creator about this problem ?
or did DAZ bother to inform the creator of the problem ?

Daz emailed me back after I did a ticket, asking has the issue been fixed from updates, however iv not installed it since I don't want ruin my work/renders iv gotten set up, I'll try install her again after iv rendered them all it's a nice looking model but it just overights the basic genesis 8 female for some reason
I wanted to get her but then saw this thread with no updates. Did Grace ever get fixed?
The creator has nothing to do with the problem, it is DAZ that creates the metadata that is causing it.
So has it been fixed?
sorry just saw this BUT yes i belive it has been fixed it works fine for me now and i think you should get it its a really nice model :)
