Not received my purchased item.

Yesterday I bought the "Messy Laundry Mega Set" from the Daz shop.....it's not showing up for download in my Daz Central account. I checked my bank and the transaction went through ok as far as I can tell.

If I go to the product page....it says I have purchased the item. But there is no way for me to download it.

Thanks man....got it.

Everything I have bought before from the Daz store always immediately showed up on my Daz Central account for download. Not sure why this one didn't. Did the manual install from the zip file download from that link you provided and now all is good. Thanks again.

If it doesn't show up by Monday I would open a support ticket, even if you have managed to get the files now - I can't see any good reason for it not to show.
