I agree a very nice set of clothes
I agree it's a nice looking and probably quality outfit, but I am very disappointed (again). There are some aspects of a quality, realistic western outfit that have been missing from the market and each time a western themed outfit is released I get my hopes up and then the disappointment sets in again. It's sad we have so many taletented PAs that miss the mark on function, design and realism lots of the time. I do understand there are design decisions and shortcuts taken based on getting things to work correctly, like rigging belts and scabbards, but it would be nice if an artist actually looked at what is already out there and what isn't
if this set had a realistic gunbelt, i'd get it just to kitbash that part of it, but there is nothing else I can use from this outfit since the rest looks to stylized, steampunk looking...
It's missing the shirt with the morphs on the product page. From the promos I assume there is a close the buttons morph, but can't know for sure due to it not being listed.
You can see it in the file list for it
I can hardly tell what the outfit is, with a black outfit on a black background. There is no clay render either.
I noticed this one didn't have the Interactive License option
Is the coat dforce only? As pretty as it is, if it's dforce, I'll have to pass.
yeah that is a issue for me and some peoples, i was really hyped for this outfit to buy it, but in the current way it is, i can't buy it.
There's no readme file, so it's hard to say. The coat comes with a couple of wind morphs, so it should be okay. It doesn't seem to drape very much in the promo images, and remains tight around the waist, which you wouldn't expect in a draped garment with an open belt.
You can turn off the dforce if you do not want it
@FSMCDesigns "some aspects of a quality, realistic western outfit that have been missing from the market"
Like for instance a Colt Single Action Army pistol that doesn't have a morph to cock the hammer. Further worsened because several of the poses show the Colt in firing position. Another in the series of weapon assets and poses where artists seem to assume they don't need to research how a given weapon works or realistic handling poses. There are some exceptions, but not enough.
