Good question! Probably just Auto-fit. He used the same costume for Bend Morphs For Genesis V5.

3D-Age's clothing generally 1) has an above-average mesh topology, and 2) is meant to be clingy in style. As such, their V4 clothing usually auto-fits reasonably well.

Autofit is a DAZ Studio feature.

To get V4 clothes to autofit to G2F though you will need this - http://www.daz3d.com/victoria-4-for-genesis-2-female
