What am I seeing here? CUDA-0? Why can't I use GPU anymore?

Some more information please? Your screen shot just shows device 0 (the first CUDA GPU on your system) selected for rendering. if it isn't working what is your driver version? Will it work with a scene containing a basic Sphere primitive (from Create>New Primitive)?
That looks fine to me, computer stuff tends to start counting at 0, so CUDA-0 just means your first CUDA device, the rest is telling you it is running as a WDDM device (Windows Device Driver Mode) and acting as the output to your display device
Check the Log.txt file you will find it in the Studio 4 folder ( C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\Studio 4 ) Open it and go to the bottom and read upwards. Somewhere there will be a line of text saying CUDA-0 with a reason why it fell back to the CPU. It's normally because the required memory as been calculated as to much for your GPU or that the GPU card driver is out of date. It worked for me because my driver was out of date. All OK after that
