Where has my Scripts Menu item gone?

I lost it a couple of updates ago.  I'd like it back.  How?

    You can add it (by right-click>Create Item) in the Menus tab of Window>Workspace, or simply by creating a new Custom Action by right-clicking on an item in a content pane.
