HDRI skies

I've just started using HDRI skies. At the moment I've just tried free jpegs. My problem is that they all render very light. All sky detail is bleached out? Is there a way that I am missing to show up all the sky details? Thanks

    Do you mean they're overexposed? Try adjusting your exposure in the tone mapping tab. 13 is the default.

    Maybe you downloaded very small HDRI with very low resolution. Try to get 8k or higher.

    I'd recommend using EXRs instead of JPGs since the latter doesn't contain the same amount of detail and can appear washed out. You can pick up free EXRs at HDRI Haven that are quite good. https://hdrihaven.com/hdris/?c=skies

    @Struckdumb

    Another vote for HDRI Haven. More than just skies as well.
