Looking for an outfit

Does anyone know if the outfit referenced in the texture add-on pack below still exists?  It said the original outfit was by outoftouch but I do not see it listed under that PA's products.  Was the outfit pulled from the store?

I've noticed at least one other OOT outfit that isn't in the store any longer.

Outfits do get pulled from the store. Sometimes they return, sometimes they do not.

It does look very close, but the neck of the Pretty3D outfit looks different.  Since it is a free outfit, I may pick it up anyway since it looks good.
