Figure used in Buzzed Hair promo?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could identify the female model used in the first promo image for "Buzzed Hair for Genesis, Genesis 2, and Genesis 3" by Soto. Additionally, if the rough/scraped/dirty skin isn't a feature that comes with the model, does anyone know what product was used to achive that look? Thanks in advance!

    The skin is probably the now-retired Sisterhood Skin by Aeon Soul. If you scroll down that link, you can see the back, which has those three distinctive cuts.
