Question on Mimic alive

I am running daz3d studio 4.5.1.6 pro, i want to run the mimic live plugin.
the new version is only for 4.6

i want to know which version would suit me best. and how to get it.

    It's been my experience that for plugins, one "has to" be running the latest edition of D/S because the installer for the plugin will only work for the latest release. However, as new D/S editions come out, one will also get new installers for the plugins as required for them to work on that edition. IF downloading via DIM, or manually, be sure to keep a copy of whichever plugin installer in a safe place, along with the appropriate D/S installers. DIM when updating overwrites previous editions.
